Doug De Jong
Hailing from the South of Brisvegas, Dougie has cut his teeth playing with the whose who on the circuit of six string slingers.
A.K.A “Axeman Dougie” has already shared the stage with Eric Johnson, Nuno Bettencourt and Steve Kilbey (the Church). In 2000 he won ‘Best Guitarist’ award for formidable songs performed with the turtle heads.
Has played internationally including California, Saigon and Bangkok. Has studied with Brett Garsed , Clyde Shipke and is currently completing jazz studies.
